landscape Maintenance 

For our Basic Yard Maintenance Plan we come to your home 2 times a month to preform the following:

- Rid yard of any weeds, leaves, trash etc.

- Blow off and or sweep the front porch, driveway and the sidewalk in front of your home. 

- Power wash the driveway and sidewalk every other month.

We are so confident in our work that all our plans come with a HOA Guarantee. If you receive any weed fines dated after your service plan starts, WE will pay the fine.

We will come out to learn more about your landscaping needs and build a custom monthly plan sure to fit you and your yard.

* Our Bi-Monthly Basic Yard Plan requires a year long contract. But don't worry, there is no cancelation fee, we just need 30 days written notice to cancel.
